What I love about these fritters is that, as she mentions, there's a lot of broccoli compared to flour. I didn't mash up my broccoli too much and was surprised how well they held together in the pan. As you can see, I served my fritters with some basil pesto.
Probably the yummiest fritters I've made in a while...
